Family Owned and Operated, The Smokin Hen House has been in business since 2019, and has been cruisin’ through the Southwest serving up Ranch‑Style grub with a Texas heartbeat. We’re talkin’ slow‑smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, tri‑tip, chicken, sausages, and all the legendary BBQ mischief we’re known for—like the Texas Twankie, Chicken Bomb, Twisted Pickle, BBQ Parfait, BBQ Ramen, and our downright dangerously delicious creations.
And now? We’re hittin’ the gas.
The Smokin’ Hen House is officially mobile + catering only, bringing the smoke straight to your events, your parties, your hungry people—wherever they may be. But don’t you fret: on Saturdays and Sundays, we’re joining forces with The Cluckin’ Hen House to bring that weekend BBQ heat right to our brick‑and‑mortar home. It’s like a family reunion… except everyone actually wants to show up.
She may call herself the “little sister,” but she’s really the sassy Mamaw of the whole operation—wise, warm, and not afraid to tell you how it is. And while she’s not a full‑time BBQ joint, she sure knows how to flirt with smoke in all the right ways.
